We are happy to offer an exchange only under these conditions:

  • The product is genuinely damaged or defective at the time of delivery
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement of the item once your claim is verified.

  • A complete, unedited unboxing video is mandatory
  • The video must begin from the moment the package is opened β€” no cuts or edits

  • Once the returned item is received and approved, the replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 working days, and tracking details will be shared.

- Generally we do not offer any kind of return, refund and exchange.
- In Some cases, If the product is damaged and defective, We will provide you a replacement after approval.
- For Replacement, Return request should be raised within 2 days.
- Replacement/Exchange deliveries will be done within 5-7 Business days.
- In case, replacement is not available in the stock, Approved refund will be credited to the original payment within 5-7 Business days.
