Each Kalasa Decor product is carefully handcrafted and thoroughly quality-checked before being shipped. We inspect every item for finish, strength, and detailing to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
π Exchange Policy β Only for Wrong or Defective Products
We are happy to offer an exchange only under these conditions:
- You received a wrong product, or
- The product is genuinely damaged or defective at the time of delivery
- Weβll arrange for a replacement of the item once your claim is verified.
π₯ Claim Procedure β Simple, Fair, Transparent
To maintain fairness for both the buyer and seller, we follow a strict claim verification process:
- A complete, unedited unboxing video is mandatory
- The video must begin from the moment the package is opened β no cuts or edits
- The issue must be clearly visible and submitted via email within 24 hours of delivery

Claims without proper video proof or submitted after 24 hours will unfortunately not be eligible for exchange.
π¦ Return Shipping β Customer Responsibility
- In the rare case that a product needs to be returned for exchange:
- The return courier charges must be borne by the customer
- The product must be repacked in the same secure manner as originally received
- If the product is damaged during return transit due to improper packing, Kalasa Decor will not be responsible, and the exchange may not be processed
- We recommend using a trusted courier service with tracking and proper handling.

- We do not offer returns for reasons such as:
- Casual dislike
- Change of mind
- Impulse purchases
- Ordering βjust to checkβ the product
- Our pieces are handcrafted with time, effort, and artisan labor, and we encourage mindful shopping to support sustainable craftsmanship. Please place orders only when you are sure of your choice.

- Once the returned item is received and approved, the replacement will be dispatched within 5β7 working days, and tracking details will be shared.
- Generally we do not offer any kind of return, refund and exchange.
- In Some cases, If the product is damaged and defective, We will provide you a replacement after approval.
- For Replacement, Return request should be raised within 2 days.
- Replacement/Exchange deliveries will be done within 5-7 Business days.
- In case, replacement is not available in the stock, Approved refund will be credited to the original payment within 5-7 Business days.
