🔁 Exchange Policy – Wrong or Defective Items Only

- The video must be recorded from the moment of unboxing, with no cuts or edits
- The claim must be submitted within
24 hours of delivery
Claims made after this window, or without a proper unboxing video, may unfortunately not be eligible for exchange.
